We constructed a 20′ tall cone, approximately 8′ in diameter. The structure was used as a “reverse mold” applying translucent fiber glass on the outside until we achieved a thickness of 3/8″. Translucent vinyl lettering was imbedded into the translucent fiber glass. The thick fiber glass part was slid off the massive structure and inserted into a fabricated stainless steel structure, complete with lighting all manufactured by Design Communications Orlando. This project was contracted through Design Communications Orlando.
